The Sony HT-A5000 soundbar is a 5.1.2-channel one-box system, with three front-firing speakers, two beam tweeters, two up-firing speakers, and a dual-driver soundbar. In India, the HT-A5000 is sold as part of packages, with either the Sony SA-SW3 or SA-SW5 subwoofer, and optional rear speakers. There is extensive format support up to Dolby Atmos, and wide connectivity options including HDMI ARC, Optical (Toslink), Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
Performance is decent, with the HT-A5000 package delivering strong, loud sound, that doesn't need too much tweaking or customisation. It's the ideal soundbar for those looking at ease of setup and use, and pairs well with premium televisions of size 55 inches and above.
